You can special order sacs to suit your needs. We make all of our Fat Sacs™ in house which gives us the ability to create custom sacs for our customers. The same process that is used to build our Pro X Series line of Fat Sacs™ will be utilized to create your custom sacs. By using our advanced cutting machine, welding system and Valmex material we can assure you that your designed sac will be extremely durable and of the highest quality. You also decide on which type of Quick Connect fittings you would like to use, how many there are and their exact location on the sac. Whether it's a totally customized integrated system you are looking for, or just a single sac, let your creative juices flow because you're in control.

The Pro X Series V-Drive Sacs are exactly what you think they are. Designed to fit in the compartments on either side of the engine in v-drive boats, these sacs are perfect for the ballast you need. They are similar in size to our Fat Sac™ but a bit shorter in length for a perfect fit. Combined with the weight of the engine, these sacs will produce a monster wake. The Pro X Series Nautique Wedge sacs are shaped to fit the compartments of the mid 2000 year model of Nautique V-Drive boats, but can be used in any boat.

The Pro X Series Tube Sac can be used in the ski locker of your boat or on the floor just forward of the engine compartment. It’s longer and narrow enough to fit perfectly along the walkway to the bow or under side seat of V-Drive boats. You could also opt for one in the ski locker and one on the floor above it.

The Pro X Series Side Sacs fit along the side of the engine compartment on inboard boats and they will conform to fit under the seats of open bow boats. They are designed to get more weight to the center of the boat to balance any ballast you may have aft of the engine. Their narrow profile also makes for a better fit than a Fat Sac™.

The Pro X Series Fat Seat is design for inboard boats that have a removable rear seat. This thing is huge and it’s strong enough to sit on. It has two arms that extend forward on either side of the engine compartment to add even more weight.

The Pro X Series Open Bow Sac is triangular in shape and fits open bow boats. Just set it up front and fill it. The size of this sac allows you to fine-tune the forward and aft weight distribution. Chances are that this is the only sac you will need up front.

After filling any factory ballast and FatSac that fill the front and rear compartments of your V-drive boat, put the Ultimate Wake Surf Sac on top of the rear seat and side seat that you are wake surfing on for the ultimate surf wake. This will displace so much water that people will no longer have to learn to wake surf behind your boat they will just be able to do it. Be sure to remeber to give the boat some throttle to bring the front of your boat up enough when passing thru any wakes you are making so you dont swamp the boat. The Enzo Sac is enormous. It’s designed for v-drive boats that have an opening in the rear seat bulkhead which leads forward under the side passenger benches. The large part of the sac fills the storage compartments on either side of the engine while the lower profile extension runs forward below the seats. A second valve has been added to the bottom of the back of the enzo sac for those that want to use two pumps in and automatic system.

The X-2 Rear Sac was designed to fit perfectly in the shorter rear compartments of this boat. It may be a bit shorter than the traditional Pro X Series Fat Sac™ but it still adds some serious weight to the boat. Will also fit in other boats.

The X-2 Integrated Bow Fat Sac was designed to fit perfectly under the open bow seats of a X-2. Fittings are sold separately.

The Rear Gravity Games Sac is built to fit in the compartment of v-drive boats. Two of these sacs combined with the Center Gravity Games Sac provide over 2,300 lbs. additional ballast to your boat. It’s easy to see why this is the combination used in all the Gravity Games boats. They will produce a huge, clean wake that will boot you for explosive moves.

The Tsunami Pump System is designed to fill and empty sacs at an alarming rate. The tubing we use is larger in diameter so it doesn't choke the pump, resulting in greater output. Combine this with our Quick Connect Valves and you’ll be riding faster than ever before.

The Jabsco Wakeboard Ballast Puppy is designed to pump water into Wakeboard Liquid Ballast Tanks and when reversed will also pump water out of them. It has a flow rate of 540 gallons per hour, so it can fill most ballast tanks in about five minutes. It is equipped with a Run-Dry Protection Device to automatically shut-off the pump and protect the impeller from run-dry damage should the pump be mistakenly left on after the Ballast Tank is empty. The Ballast Puppy also features ignition protetion which allows the use of this pump in the engine compartment unlike its less expensive cousin the Simer Pump. This is the same pump used to fill and drain OEM ballast sytems in Mastercraft Wakeboard Boats, 2009 Supra Wakeboard Boats, 2009 Moomba Wakeboard Boats, Correct Craft Wakeboard boats and Centurion Wakeboard Boats.

Hook up an Automatic Ballast System

The socket splitter is exactly what you would expect. Use this splitter to get two Tsunami Pumps flowing and fill those sacs double-time.

Our Quick Connect Valves have been designed with you in mind. All of the fittings make connecting pumps and hoses to your Pro X Series Fat Sacs™ a quick and simple task. We offer several different fittings that all work together to adapt to any of your needs.

TIP: If the cap of your Quick Connect valve becomes hard to install, apply some o-ring grease to the o-ring. This will keep your fittings working smoothly and o-rings in good condition.

NOTE: Use All-Purpose PVC Cement on the threads of the W733, W736, W737, W743, and W747 when screwing them into Fatsacs. Fittings for automatic ballast systems include the W733, W736, W737, W740, W741, W742, W743, W746, W748, W753, and W755.

This hose is constructed with thick vinyl walls for excellent resilence, resistance to collapse and durability when exposed to bilge fluids and high temperatures. An internal helix reinforcement prevents kinking during tight bends for more installation options without limiting flow.

Trust these clamps for secure hose connections. All components are Type 316 stainless steel for ultimate corrosion resistance. The smooth, unperforated band surface and rolled edges prevent hose damage. Band and screw threads are properly pitched, rendering the clamp virtually immune to vibration-caused back-off.
